Apollo Brain Concepts: Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. The Production Timeline (Turnaround Time)

1.1. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

1.2. The countdown to delivery only begins once:

  • Your payment has been cleared and confirmed.

  • Your artwork has been “Pre-press Approved” by our team.

  • If a proof was requested, once you have provided final written approval of that proof. 1.3. Orders approved after 12:00 PM (CAT) will be processed as part of the following business day’s production run.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

2.1. We ship nationwide across South Africa using third-party courier services. 2.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout via our WooCommerce platform based on your location and the weight/dimensions of the order. 2.3. Free Shipping: If we offer free shipping promotions, these apply only to major metropolitan areas (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Process

3.1. Deliveries take place during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. 3.2. A physical address where someone is available to sign for the parcel is required. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. 3.3. If a delivery fails because the provided address was incorrect or no one was available to receive the goods, the user will be liable for the costs of a second delivery attempt.

4. Risk and Ownership

4.1. Risk in the goods passes to you as soon as the package is handed over to our courier partner. 4.2. While we take every precaution to package your items securely, Apollo Brain Concepts is not liable for damages, loss, or theft that occurs during transit. We will, however, assist in the claims process with the courier wherever possible.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

5.1. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier vehicle breakdowns or strikes.

  • Severe weather conditions.

  • National Grid Failures/Loadshedding affecting production or logistical hubs. 5.2. Late delivery does not entitle the user to a cancellation or a full refund, as the goods are custom-manufactured.
